UNC Local Relations is the liaison between the University and the surrounding community, including our local government. UNC Local Relations works to:
- Strengthen campus and community relationships and help identify partnership opportunities, mutual interests, and individual connections.
- Coordinate and support other University departments working directly with community members.
- Engage with internal and external advisory boards, councils, and committees as they collaborate to address issues affecting the broader community.
- Promote collaborative events and experiences for community and university partners.
